Terms of Membership

A Founding Lifetime Membership is one of only 777. It is a one-time payment and it lasts for your lifetime, with no annual dues and no future membership fees, ever. Founding Members 1–76 are $1,776; Founding Members 77–777 are $2,001. Your member number is assigned in the order payments are received and is yours permanently.

A Founding Ambassador package is a one-time purchase of merchandise and a numbered Magic Brick NFT. It is a way to support the club and it is warmly appreciated — but it is not a membership and does not carry club access.

Membership is by application. We read every one, and we may decline or revoke an application at our discretion. Applicants and members must be 21 or over. Everything you tell us in an application should be true; if it is not, we may cancel the membership without refund.

Founding Memberships are non-refundable. They are a lifetime membership and are treated as one from the moment they are paid. They are, however, transferable upon death, so your membership can remain part of your family for generations. Ambassador packages are non-refundable once the merchandise has shipped.

Your Founding Member benefits — the engraved sterling silver signet ring, the Magical NFT carrying your member number and name, the hoodie, hat, polo and tote, invitations to members-only events in New York City before the flagship opens, and recognition as a Founding Member — are described on the membership section of this site and are part of what you are buying.

The flagship club is planned to open in Lower Manhattan in 2027. Building anything in New York takes the time it takes. If the opening moves, your membership does not expire and does not lose value — members are invited to pre-opening gatherings from Spring 2027, and we tell members about delays before we tell anyone else. We cannot promise a date; we can promise you will not be the last to know.

The club is built on curiosity, kindness, laughter and belonging. Harassment, cruelty, or making anyone feel small — in any sense — ends a membership. That is the only rule we enforce without discussion, and no refund follows it.

The LPSC name, the wordmark, the black and white brick, the photography and the Little People Paradox films belong to the club. Please do not use them commercially without asking. Ask — we are friendlier than you would expect.

NFTs issued by the club are a commemorative record of your membership or ambassadorship. They are not an investment, they carry no financial return, and nothing on this site is financial advice.

We may update these terms. If a change affects what you have already bought, we will tell members directly rather than quietly editing this page, and the date at the top will always tell you when it last moved.
